Kindred is billed monthly at $59, or $49/month billed annually ($588/year). You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee scoped to the value of your first month ($49–$59), not the full annual amount if you paid yearly. To request a refund within that window, contact us and we’ll process it manually.

Calls only begin once your parent has confirmed, by SMS reply and in conversation on the first call, that they’re happy to receive them. They can stop the calls at any time.

Kindred is a wellness and companionship service, not a medical device or a substitute for medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it is not an emergency service.
